Gary and Alex have helped us with several “flip” investment properties. They are both super knowledgeable in construction, zoning, and renovations. Great team!

Alex sold me my first condo and I couldn’t be happier. She was super patient with all my questions and toured me through so many different buildings. I will definitely be a lifelong client of hers.

We have sold 2 homes with Gary and Alex and both were sold in less than a week. We felt that their detailed guidance, home staging and marketing exceeded expectations.

Alexandra helped us manage our investment properties. With exceptional insight she identified which properties were financially holding us back and which houses to invest our money into. We couldn’t be happier with our current portfolio.

Working with Alexandra has always been a delight. She helped my husband and I find our first home. She found not just the perfect house, she also helped us determine the right neighbourhood for all our daily needs. My husband and I are now looking for our forever home and without a doubt, we know we are in the best hands!

From start to finish, The Krutzfeldt’s provided exceptional service. They were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Their marketing and networking made selling our home a breeze and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

We were relocating to Edmonton from the UK and didn't know where to start. Thankfully, we were referred to Alex. She helped provided us with valuable insights about the different neighborhoods and schools. She was always prompt with communication and getting us into new listings, and that ultimately got us our perfect home.

With decades in the biz, Gary has mastered the art of buying, selling, and everything in between. His years of experience as a broker, owner, and realtor means you're in good hands. He’s been through it all and truly understands good service. We felt lucky to have him as our realtor.

My wife and I were not easy buyers. We had a very specific home in mind and it was not cookie cutter. Alex and Gary showed us houses for nearly a year until the perfect one came up. We appreciated that they are patient, not pushy. They steered us away from many houses that they new were not the right fit and genuinely wanted us to get the perfect one.

Alex went above and beyond. We wanted a house in old Riverbend but many needed renovations and we felt overwhelmed. She helped walked us through potential costs involved, gave us great design suggestions, and even helped with getting estimates from vetted contractors. Growing up in Riverbend she new pros and cons of every street, every school, every store, preschool etc. We couldn’t have done it without her and thanks to her we live in our dream home.

We’ve bought and sold numerous homes with Gary and it’s always a stress-free and rewarding experience. Top notch service!

We found ourselves in a multiple offer situation, but Alex remained calm and dedicated throughout the process. Her unique strategy and strong negotiation skills ultimately helped us win the bid. Forever grateful for her hard work.
